ANNUAL PRECINCT MEETINGS

It’s that time of year again. The Dare County Republican Party will hold three (3) precinct meetings during the month of February.

Precinct Meeting Schedule

Thursday, February 4
Duck and Southern Shores
163 Ocean Blvd., Southern Shores
Registration begins at 5:00 p.m.
Meeting begins at 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, February 7
Northern Beaches — Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Colington, Nags Head, Manteo, Wanchese, East Lake, Stumpy Point, Manns Harbor
Colington Fire House

Registration begins at 9:00 a.m.
Meeting begins at 10:00 a.m.

Saturday, February 21
Southern Beaches — Chicamacomico, Avon, Buxton, Frisco, Hatteras
Avon Fire House

Registration begins at 9:30 a.m.
Meeting begins at 10:00 a.m.

The purpose of this year’s precinct meetings is to elect delegates to the Dare County Republican Convention and to hear from Republican candidates who will appear on the March 3 primary ballot.

To be eligible to serve as a delegate, you must be a registered Republican in Dare County as of January 31, 2026. You must be signed in and registered before the start time of the meeting. Anyone arriving after the meeting has started will not be eligible to become a delegate.

If you are unable to attend your precinct meeting, you may request to become a county delegate by submitting a dated and time-stamped email to [email protected] expressing your intent to serve. Delegate requests will not be accepted after the adjournment of the precinct meeting.
