What is SEL? Is it related to Critical Race Theory? Pay attention folks

In a prior news post a link was provided to a recent Dare County BOE meeting that was open to the public, where our elected representatives were briefed on the continued advancements in instituting SEL in our schools. Very high level stuff, not a lot of details. A minute mark was provided in the post to give a point where it gets interesting.
