It's Precinct Meeting Time. February is that month where the Dare County Republican Party holds all precinct meetings. The Southern Beach meeting will be held on February 15, 2:00 pm at the Buxton Fire House. The precincts included in this meeting are:
Avon, Chicamacomico, Buxton, Frisco, Hatteras
