Dare county uses the DS200 from ES&S. ES&S was mentioned in Kill Chain and Absolute Interference

Did you know that the Election Advisory Commission was actually hacked by a malign actor? Did you know that Dare County uses machines from ES&S, one of the three companies mentioned in Kill Chain and Absolute Interference. Did you know that these companies were not interested in learning from skilled hackers the many flaws in the security of their machines? Did you know that if you send an email to request that our North Carolina State Board of Electors watch Kill Chain and Absolute Interference and provide a link that you will receive a polite email assuring you that our elections are secure and that the board and staff will not use unsolicited links.....A good idea, but at least use a search engine, find the documentaries and watch them. Please contact your representative on the Dare County Board of Elections and ask them if they are aware of Kill Chain - Cyber War against America and Absolute Interference. Ask your representative what their plans are going forward to guarantee that none of the components touching a ballot or the data generated from the ballot is connected to the Internet.  The link to the NCSBE equipment information is here .  The link to the Dare County Board of Elections information is here . The link to the NCSBE statement on Cyber Security is here . Assuming that our NCSBE is concerned about citizens confidence in our election systems, addressing misinformation, they would want to address the content of the two documentaries and counter the information they provide. I wonder if some of those IP packets from China or other foreign actors was targeted towards a North Carolina voting facility?
